𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our Plan & Deliver team.
In this role, you will support efficient warehouse operations by ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, upholding food safety standards, and contributing to a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Ensure timely dispatch of goods according to agreed schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and timely ERP system updates.
- Verify and organize products received from production or suppliers using FIFO/FEFO methods.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with food safety requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and quality standards at all times.
- Support forklift operations, including unloading, stacking, and maintaining inspection records.
- Submit timely operational reports and document scheduled warehouse activities.
- Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a forklift operator or in a similar warehouse role.
