Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of nursing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- Budgeting and resource management experience.
