Key Responsibilities

  • Own and administer the full M365 tenant: user lifecycle, licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security settings
  • Implement and maintain Microsoft Entra ID: identity governance, conditional access, MFA, and SSO.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune: device enrolment, compliance policies, mobile device management, and endpoint profiles.
  • Administer Microsoft Defender for Business: endpoint protection, threat monitoring, and incident response.
  • Design, build, and maintain the ICT SharePoint Knowledge Repository — a central platform for runbooks, training materials, and documentation.
  • Support business units in SharePoint site design, permissions, and content governance.
  • Administer Teams governance: team/channel policies, meeting configuration, and D365 integration.
  • Administer the Power Platform tenant: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI workspace governance.

  • Maintain the AMC scope-of-service schedule; ensure out-of-scope work is approved by the Head of ICT.
  • Maintain internal knowledge sufficient to independently supervise and quality-check all vendor deliverables.
  • Provide structured cross-training on Entra ID and Azure AD first-response tasks.
  • Own M365 platform training content — developing Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune user guides and e-learning materials; contribute sessions and materials to the departmental training programme, covering M365 adoption for all staff.
  • Maintain complete M365 tenant configuration documentation in the ICT Knowledge Repository.
  • Actively support the technical setup, configuration, testing, and go-live of all active transformation programs, including D365 F&O, Microsoft Modern Workplace (M365), D365 CRM, D365 HRMS, Power BI, and the Retail E-Commerce and B2B platforms — contributing within the scope of this role.
  • Provide hands-on user support during UAT, go-live, and the post-go-live hypercare period for each platform; ensure issues raised by users are triaged and resolved or escalated promptly.
  • Maintain readiness documentation and personal runbooks for all transformation platforms within scope; update the ICT Knowledge Repository of any configuration or process change.
  • Participate in project working groups, testing cycles, and go-live events as directed by the Head of ICT; raise risks and issues proactively through the programme governance process.
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
