Key Responsibilities
- Provide onboarding training for new brands or new sellers before their store goes live.
- Support specific brands or sellers’ daily operational.
- Communicate business goals with specific brands and sellers, discussing joint marketing plans, and driving them to achieve performance targets.
- Timely follow-up on inventory preparation and order fulfillment status of specific brands and sellers to improve fulfillment efficiency.
- Conduct regular data analysis and market research, and provide operational reports and recommendations to specific brands and sellers.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any related course.
- Rich product knowledge and familiar with e-commerce industry information.
- Takes initiative, has a strong sense of responsibility, and can go the extra mile.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Analytical skills and keen on details.
