Are you a strategic HR professional with experience in the construction sector? We’re looking for a dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead and strengthen our people operations across projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for construction projects
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and industry standards
- Lead training and development initiatives for site and office staff
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records
- Partner with project managers to support manpower needs and workforce efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in construction or engineering
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
