The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure fleet efficiency, safety, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily maintenance and repair of buses and trucks
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, manpower, and resources
- Supervise mechanics and ensure proper documentation
- Oversee breakdown recovery and major repair works
- Maintain service records and enforce safety standards
- Prepare daily maintenance and performance reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven fleet workshop experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts
