Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through prospecting and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Lead and manage sales and administrative teams for optimal performance.
- Oversee projects and operations, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Implement policies and drive strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Deliver compliant designs and provide expert property and investment advice.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's / Diploma in a sales and marketing or a business-related course
- Computer literate
- Possess Archicad proficiency experience
- More than 5 years’ relevant experience in real estate (with at least 2 years at a management level)
- Age – Above 35 years
