We seek to hire a qualified Export Sales Manager to support the growth of our business across Africa and global markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Export Sales, preferably within the FMCG sector (Both MT & GT), and knowledge of the Eastern African Market.
- Proven experience in developing and managing Global markets.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Ability to manage export documentation, regulatory requirements, and distribution networks.
- Ability to recruit Agents in the African markets.
- Supervisory Skills.
