Industry: Construction Chemicals Manufacturing
Location: Nairobi
Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our client in the construction chemicals manufacturing industry, is looking for a QS/QC Executive – Production to drive quality excellence, compliance, and consistency across production processes.
This role is critical in ensuring that raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products meet strict technical and quality standards. From laboratory testing to process monitoring and documentation, the ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining product integrity and operational efficiency.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in QC/QS within construction chemicals, paints, adhesives, coatings, or building materials manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with laboratory testing equipment and quality control parameters
- Strong understanding of construction chemical formulations and testing standards
- Ability to interpret Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and batch formulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
