Are you a passionate HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? Crystal Recruitment is looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Officer to support HR operations, recruitment, and employee management across several retail branches.
Your Key Duties
- Lead recruitment processes, including screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Provide HR guidance and support to branch managers
- Manage employee relations and assist with performance management
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Support workforce planning, staff scheduling, and operational HR activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–6 years’ experience in HR (experience in retail or multi-branch environments is an advantage)
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems
