Industry: Retail 

We’re seeking a dynamic Training Manager to lead training programs, mentor trainers, and drive professional development across our teams.

Salary: KES 150k Gross

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in training, with at least 3 years in a training management role

• Strong experience in retail training environments (preferred)

• Ability to design impactful training materials (classroom & e-learning)

• Proficient in MS Office; exposure to SAP reports and data analytics is an advantage

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Willingness to travel and adapt to evolving training needs
