We’re looking for a Team Leader, Claims, to strengthen how we show up for our customers when it matters most. In this role, you’ll lead the assessment, processing, and settlement of general insurance claims, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and timely resolution in line with our standards and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
You’ll guide a high-performing team, manage service providers, and work closely with underwriting and legal teams to protect both our customers and the business.
If you bring deep claims expertise with 6 to 8 years’ experience in insurance claims management, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to service excellence, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
