We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Food and Beverage Cost Controller to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring costs, controlling inventory, and ensuring financial efficiency across operations.
- Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs
- Conduct regular stock counts and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate cost and inventory records
- Review purchase orders, invoices, and supplier pricing
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements
- Ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and procurement teams
- Support budgeting and cost planning processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field, CPA (K), or equivalent qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good understanding of inventory and cost control systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
