Location: Nairobi with extensive travel
About the role:
We are seeking an Export Sales Manager for a manufacturing client to expand and develop existing and new export businesses across East and Central Africa, drive revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction while delivering value to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
- Minimum 5 years in FMCG sales, including 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in East & Central Africa
- Working knowledge of FMCG operations and regional market dynamics
- Experience managing distributors, negotiating contracts, and handling budgets
