Our client operates in the real estate hospitality sector in Mombasa.
They have retained our services to support the hiring process for a customer service executive to be based at their Mombasa office.
We invite applications from candidates with degree-level qualifications in humanities or related fields, 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, good communication skills, and knowledge of CRM systems (not mandatory), who are currently residents of Mombasa City or its environs.
Candidates without experience but with good customer service aptitude will also be considered.
