Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure that all systems development initiatives follow the approved software development lifecycle and internal governance processes.
- Coordinate and document various testing stages, including functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing UAT.
- Track the system health and ensure performance indicators meet defined SLAs, including timely helpdesk ticket turnaround.
- Review and verify the resolution of incidents related to software development, enhancements, and deployments.
- Maintain clear documentation for test cases, test results, defects, and release notes.
- Conduct routine system audits to check stability, reliability, and adherence to standards.
- Support the development team in identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in processes.
- Participate in change management activities, including communication, training support, and post-deployment monitoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, ensure clarity, and support quality delivery.
- Escalate recurring issues and propose preventative measures to reduce system downtime and user disruptions.
Key Skills And Experience:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5+ years’ experience in software testing, systems quality assurance or IT support.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, defect tracking and documentation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and change management procedures.
