Budget: 48,000ksh gross monthly
I urgently need two (2) HROs (Male and Female) to support the HRM of a security firm. The candidates must have at least three years of experience in a busy service industry.
We will be responsible for the development of the entire HR department, including the current HRM, for the next 6 months before I let the team run the show on their own with regular support as and when needed.
1. KNEC Higher Diploma in HRM (Preference will be given to those who have gone through an accredited KNEC centre.
2. Certificate in Counselling Psychology.
3. Excellent in communication
4. Member or aspiring members of IHRM would be an added advantage.
