How You Will Contribute:
- This position researches and investigates complex data queries and, in turn, provides timely and accurate solutions back to the relevant stakeholders.
- May be required to write specifications and communicate the resolution of reported data or process issues to the various stakeholders, either as part of a project or on an ad hoc basis.
- Put measures in place to ensure the integrity of the database is not compromised.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring incidents, formalize test plans, and implement troubleshooting procedures for the ERP system and other business applications.
- Contribute to the review and enhancement of processes to achieve optimal acquisition functionality. Responds to incoming requests from customers, sales associates, and internal departments and provides timely feedback or input as may be required.
- Use various tools to conduct in-depth data analysis to address any data-related queries or defects that may arise due to internal systems or other extraneous factors.
- Identify, monitor, manage, and advise clients on solutions for any deficiencies in their data, where possible, to optimize the quality of the submitted data and ensure effective uploads by the bureaus.
- Engage, participate, partner, and support various projects on an ongoing basis according to project deliverables.
- Perform user acceptance testing on projects as part of the department's acceptance of project outcomes.
Key Skills And Experience:
- BSc Degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, SQL, Python/R /R, Tableau/Power BI.
- Good understanding of Inter- and Intra-Departmental Comprehension.
- Ability to apply complex systems and processes to effectively support customer(s).
- Excellent Analytical/Consulting Skills.
