ICT Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time position

Flexible work schedule (Monday-Saturday).

A manufacturing company is seeking to recruit an ICT Supervisor. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Overall management of the daily IT operations and maintenance work 
• Implement the information construction and project implementation.  
• Research hardware or software products to meet technical networking or security needs 
• Manage and resolve escalated support issues 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT support aligns with organizational goals 
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT systems and technologies 
• Liaise with vendors and service providers 
• Compliance with company policies and industry regulations 
• Provide technical guidance and support to employees 
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and any other tasks assigned by the ICT Manager.

Job Skills/Competencies Required: 

•  Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Master computer-related skills and knowledge, such as hardware device management, operating systems, server, firewall, switch, AC, and AP.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide feedback on time.
• High level of integrity.
• Self-motivated and can work under minimal supervision.

Job Qualifications: 

1. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution 
2. 3 years of work experience in a similar ICT supervisory role.
