Insurance Officer
Manages KenGen’s insurance portfolio by assessing risks, ensuring coverage, handling claims, and overseeing insurance contracts to safeguard company assets and operations.

Property Officer
Manages KenGen’s real estate assets through property oversight, leasing, and maintenance coordination, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting property functionality.

Mechanical Technician
Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safe operations within KenGen’s energy production facilities.

Electrical Technician
Performs maintenance and repairs on electrical systems across KenGen facilities, contributing to safe and reliable power generation through skilled troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Automotive Technician
Maintains and repairs KenGen’s vehicle fleet, ensuring operational reliability and availability across various departments and project sites.

Mechanical Craftsman
Assists in mechanical repairs, equipment fabrication, and general maintenance, supporting KenGen’s production operations and promoting efficient resource use.

Electrical Craftsman
Works with the electrical team to conduct repairs, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance on electrical components, supporting uninterrupted energy production.


Civil Craftsman
Handles minor civil works, maintenance, and repair tasks, maintaining KenGen’s structural integrity and a safe operational environment.

Auto Mechanical Craftsman
Supports the automotive team with general maintenance and repair of vehicles and related machinery, ensuring fleet functionality for KenGen operations.

Senior Engineer, Technical Assurance
Leads technical quality assessments, setting standards, and conducting evaluations to ensure engineering practices meet industry standards across KenGen’s power generation functions.

Manager, Power Generation
Oversees power generation activities to ensure efficient, reliable electricity production, manages operational teams, coordinates maintenance, and optimizes performance to support KenGen’s energy goals.

Manager, Quality & Safety
Develops and enforces quality and safety policies, ensuring compliance across KenGen’s operations and continuously improving standards to protect personnel and assets.

Manager, Business Process Reengineering & Innovation
Drives process improvements and innovation, identifying areas for reengineering, implementing new strategies, and fostering an innovative company culture.
