1. Technical Services Department (Transmission /Production) – 1 position Minimum requirements:
a) Bachelor’s degree OR Diploma in Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
b) Must be computer literate
c) Knowledge in transmission and production.
2. Television Programmes Department (Design) – 1 position
Minimum requirements:
a) Bachelor’s degree OR Diploma in Graphic design /3D Graphic design or its equivalent from a recognized institution
b) Computer proficiency
c) Creativity and innovativeness.
3. Radio Services Department (Creative) – 1 position Minimum requirements:
a) Bachelor’s Degree OR Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, or Broadcast Journalism from a recognized Institution
b) Must be computer literate
c) Fluency in English and Kiswahili
d) Strong oral communication, writing, editing, and analytical skills.

4. Digital Department – 2 positions
Minimum requirements:
a) Bachelor of Science Degree OR Diploma in Computer Science/Software Engineering/ Information Technlogy/Computer Programming/Web Development or Soft Ware Development.
b) Practical skills in either Web Development, Software Development, Mobile App Development or Database Development
c) Familiarity with social media platforms.
OR
a) Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Graphic Design or its equivalent from a recognized institution
b) Good writing, blogging, editing, presentation and communication skills
c) Familiarity with social media platforms.
5. Legal Department – 1 position
Minimum requirements:
a) Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution
b) Must be computer literate
c) Drafting, report writing, planning and organisational skills.
Other requirements:
a) Kenyan youth aged between 21 and 34 years
b) Have graduated from College / University not earlier than the year 2019
c) Must attach copies of certificates, academic transcripts, updated curriculum vitae, national identity card or passport alongside the application letter. Upon succesful selection and intake, the interns will be required to submit the following documents:-
a) Personal accident insurance cover for the entire period of internship
d) Medical insurance cover by the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) / Social Health Insurance fund (SHIF) or any other reputable medical insurance firm
e) PIN certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority
f) NSSF card
g) Two coloured passport photographs

i) Recommendation/reference letter from the institution attended
j) Certificate of Good Conduct.
