ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting door-to-door direct selling for the products offered by the microfinance Delivering set sales targets.
- Providing excellent customer service and experience to existing and prospective customers.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and services
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the clients.
- Meet the clients in person to drive sales as well as develop and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Conducting ongoing research on competition and markets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions and ensure effective follow-up with clients.
- Good time management, strategic planning and organizational skills
- Strong networking ability to establish and maintain relationships
- Goal oriented mindset to achieve and exceed sales targets
- A relevant degree or diploma in business, marketing or related field
- Retainer & commissions applicable
