Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling all motor accident claims - reporting, police abstracts, insurance follow-up, and garage repairs to settlement.
- Processing damaged and lost goods-in-transit claims.
- Handling staff injury at work (WIBA) cases.
- Renewal and management of all insurance covers - Motor, Goods-in-Transit, WIBA, etc.
- Liaising with lawyers on all accident and claims-related cases.
- Renewal and tracking of all transport licenses, permits, NTSA inspections, and compliance documents.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Insurance
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Claims Officer, underwriter, or risk analyst.
