Mandatory Requirements
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
- KCSE Mean Grade D (Plain) or equivalent.
- Certificate in Hospitality, Entertainment, Recreation, Performing Arts, Music, Dance, Events Management or related field.
- Basic customer care or hospitality training is an added advantage.
- Basic First Aid certification is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Computer Proficiency, videography, and photography certifications will be an added advantage
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
