- 3+ years’ experience in steak & seafood preparation
- Skilled in grilling, seafood preparation & plating
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and collaboration skills
