Our client is a key service provider in the telecommunications sector.
They have retained our services to support the hiring process for field & graduate technicians.
Field Technician – qualified technicians will be expected to carry out repair and maintenance of telecommunication sites.
Additional roles will include remote monitoring, solar maintenance, cable management, generator servicing and repair, and general technical (electrical) work at the sites.
Applicants must have a qualification in electrical and/or telecommunications from a recognised institution (NYS, TVTS, and other technical institutions), have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in general electrical maintenance of solar systems, generators, and other electrical appliances. Candidates with a driving licence and an EPRA electrical certificate will have an advantage.
Graduate Technicians- fresh graduates with a degree/diploma or certificate in electrical and electronics or telecommunications.
Their main responsibility is to support the field technicians with specific assigned responsibilities while at the same time gaining experience with the company.
