Role Description
Outrival HR Solutions & Consultancies Ltd is recruiting for the position of a Business Lead (Large Format Printing) on behalf of our reputable client, a leading player in the Print Media industry based in Juba, South Sudan.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and expanding the client’s Large Format Printing unit, ensuring high-quality production, effective client engagement, and profitable project delivery.
- Source and build a strong client base across key sectors such as retail, NGOs, real estate, education, telecom, and FMCG.
- Provide consultative solutions tailored to client branding needs through site visits, design proposals, and quotations.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service delivery and follow-up.
- Review artwork, color accuracy, resolution, and layout files before production.
- Manage client orders from job intake to delivery and installation, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Liaise with technicians and installers to ensure jobs are executed to the client's expectations.
- Develop accurate quotations and pricing models based on job specifications and material usage.
- Track production costs to maintain profitable margins.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales and production output.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification or hands-on training in wide-format printing technologies is an added advantage.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in large-format printing operations and commercial project management.
- Proven success in sales or business development within a print or advertising environment.
- Proficient with large format printers (e.g., Mimaki, HP Latex, Roland, UV Flatbed, CNC).
- Strong understanding of print materials, mounting techniques, and installation procedures.
- Excellent communication, client service, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
