Role Description
Outrival HR Solutions & Consultancies Ltd is recruiting for the position of a Business Lead (Offset & Digital Printing) on behalf of our reputable client, a leading player in the Print Media industry based in Juba, South Sudan.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving commercial growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end production of both offset and digital printing projects. This role requires a dynamic individual who can combine technical expertise with strategic business development to deliver high-quality printing solutions while expanding market share.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share across NGOs, corporate, government, and education sectors.
- Pitch and close printing contracts for offset jobs (e.g., annual reports, booklets) and digital printing (e.g., flyers, certificates, labels).
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships through regular engagement and consultative selling.
- Advise clients and internal teams on the best print processes, materials, and finishing options.
- Manage print projects from file reception to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot client concerns or production issues promptly and effectively.
- Recommend innovations in printing, finishing, and sustainable material use.
- Lead weekly planning meetings to align sales targets with production capacity.
- Provide on-the-job training to junior staff and promote a culture of quality and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Printing Technology, Graphic Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Technical training or certification in offset/digital printing is an added advantage.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a commercial printing environment, including client management and team leadership.
- Proven ability to manage complex printing projects and increase sales revenue.
- Strong knowledge of Heidelberg, Konica Minolta, and web offset machines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
