Location: Lusaka, Zambia
About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible, honest and hardworking Recruitment Supervisor to join our team in Lusaka. This person will take charge of all recruitment activities in Zambia, helping us find, attract, and retain the right talent for our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process – from job posting, screening, interviewing to hiring;
- Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Develop and maintain recruitment channels (online job sites, universities, referrals, etc.);
- Conduct interviews and support the selection and onboarding process;
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management;
- Promote the company’s image as an employer of choice in Zambia;
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment or HR experience;
- Strong understanding of the local labor market and hiring practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Honest, reliable, and proactive, with good problem-solving and comprehension skills
