Sales Representative

Location: Coast Region 

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused HORECA Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés (HORECA) segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the HORECA channel.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new hotel, restaurant, and café clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers, chefs, and F&B managers.
  • Promote Milly Fruits products and ensure consistent supply and visibility.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in FMCG or food service sales, preferably in the HORECA segment.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driving license is an added advantage.
