Our global remuneration framework ensures that we align to local pay, employment conditions and laws. All our roles are benchmarked against the local market to ensure we offer competitive employment conditions that are appropriate to our sector. Depending on where the role is based, we also offer additional financial benefits which can be seen in the Role Purpose documents for each role.

  • Parental leave

We offer our staff at least 14 weeks’ primary carers leave without any qualifying period. We also offer at least 4 weeks’ secondary carers leave without any qualifying period. We value the importance of supporting all types of parents in the workplace.
