We're Hiring an Interior Designer with AT LEAST 5 YEARS’ experience in designing and managing interior projects from concept to execution.
WHO ARE WE, LOOKING FOR
- We are seeking a highly experienced Interior Designer to lead and manage both the administrative and creative aspects of our interior design projects.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to develop detailed design drawings, plan project timelines, and work seamlessly with quantity surveyors, architects, and service contractors to deliver outstanding client spaces.
Key responsibilities include:
- Concept development, producing comprehensive working drawings and design documentation. The role also requires experience in preparing FF&E schedules, coordinating fabrication, overseeing quality
- control, and ensuring flawless on-site installations.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
2. Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign or Canva.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Interior Designer.
4. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, including construction methods and their application in interior design.
5. Expertise in selecting, detailing, and specifying fixtures and hardware.
a.Proven ability to research and select appropriate finishes.
b.High level and experience of material knowledge.
c.Experience in managing and monitoring on-site installations.
d.Understanding of electrical and structured cabling systems for effective design coordination.
e.Knowledge of architectural and structural elements such as beams, columns, and loadbearing walls.
f.Familiarity with product costs and availability.
g.Excellent presentation skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage interior projects.
7. Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
RESPONSIBILITIES

3. Oversee and conduct project presentations.
4. Act as the primary point of contact with vendors and service contractors.
5. Efficiently manage projects, coordinating the entire team to deliver quality results.
6. Maintain thorough documentation of meetings and project communications.
7. Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project.
8. Mentor interns and new project staff.
9. Identify new business opportunities and promote services to potential clients.
