Assistant Project Manager

We’re seeking an Assistant Project Manager with at least 3+ years of experience in project management, construction coordination, or procurement within the interior design and general construction industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Project Coordination & Execution – Oversee site teams, vendors, and service contractors to ensure project completion within scope, time, & budget.

2. Site Inspections & Compliance – Conduct regular site visits to maintain quality standards and safety compliance.

3. Procurement & Vendor Management – Source materials, negotiate prices, & oversee purchasing processes.

4. Project Planning & Scheduling – Develop project plans & work schedules aligned with timelines.

5. Stakeholder & Client Engagement – Liaise with clients & project teams to maintain strong working relationships.

6. Risk & Issue Management – Assess risks & implement mitigation strategies.

7. Progress Reporting – Prepare project reports to track project performance.

8. Safety Compliance – Ensure adherence to company & industry safety

standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

✔ Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Construction Project

Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in project

management, site coordination, and procurement, specifically in

interior fit-outs and general construction.

✔ Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in construction methods,

mechanical systems, & electrical cabling knowledge.

✔ Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

ArchiCAD proficiency is an added advantage.

✔ Certifications: Candidates must hold or commit to obtaining within 6

months a recognized certification such as:

NEMA (National Environment Management Authority) Certification

DOSH (Directorate of Occupational Safety and Health Services)

Accreditation

NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and

Health) Certification
