1. Reinsurance Officer (JR-61497)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee reinsurance agreements and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Monitor reinsurance transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze claims data and provide insights to optimize reinsurance strategies.
- Liaise with reinsurance partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the underwriting team with technical expertise on reinsurance matters.
2. Team Leader Service Quality (JR-61488)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the service quality team to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement service quality standards and best practices.
- Monitor customer feedback and initiate improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for the team to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a customer-centric culture.
3. Head of Partnerships (JR-61483)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with business objectives.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance market presence.
- Manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure mutual benefit.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement partnership initiatives effectively.
- Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships.
4. Partnership and Ecosystem Manager (JR-61481)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a network of strategic partners and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and co-creation within the ecosystem.
- Drive initiatives that foster innovation and enhance customer value.
- Manage ecosystem relationships to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Report on ecosystem performance and recommend improvements.
5. Training Executive (JR-60829)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans.
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with department heads to address specific training requirements.
