Job Descriptions:

Protection Assistant: Responsible for supporting the implementation of protection programs, ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable communities through advocacy, case management, and field activities.
Deputy Director Subaward & Partnership: Overseeing partnerships and subaward management, this role ensures compliance with IRC policies and donor regulations, fostering strong collaborations with external partners.
Director Awards Management, East Africa: Provides strategic leadership in managing awards and donor relationships across the East African region, ensuring successful grant implementation and compliance.
Senior Technical Advisor, Emergency Health: Leading the technical aspects of health programming during emergencies, offering expertise to improve health outcomes in crisis-affected regions.
Program Development and Award Advisor (PDAA): Focuses on developing new programs and managing award processes, working closely with donors to secure funding and ensure project success.
Mental Health Psychosocial (MHPSS) Project Officer: Ensures mental health and psychosocial support services are provided effectively, helping individuals cope with trauma and stress caused by conflict or displacement.
Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) Director: Leads IRC’s global initiatives in ensuring quality education for children in emergencies, advocating for policies that support education in crisis settings.
