The Oshwal Academy Mombasa is seeking to recruit an experienced school secretary to assist in administrative duties at the school.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
- Certificate / Diploma in Computer Applications.
Experience:
- At least three years experience in administrative & secretarial work (experience in a school set-up will be an added advantage).
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail.
- Proficient in Ms. Office Applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good intra and interpersonal relations skills.
- Innovative and creative individual.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Proficiency in typing skills.
- Good knowledge of office management systems & procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
