School Secretary

The Oshwal Academy Mombasa is seeking to recruit an experienced school secretary to assist in administrative duties at the school.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
  • Certificate / Diploma in Computer Applications. 

Experience:

  • At least three years experience in administrative & secretarial work (experience in a school set-up will be an added advantage). 
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Ms. Office Applications.  
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good intra and interpersonal relations skills. 
  • Innovative and creative individual. 
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in typing skills.
  • Good knowledge of office management systems & procedures.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
