Main Duties
1) Supervision of the restaurant staff in production and service departments"
2) Train new staff to ensure they understand their jobs well, and align their values with the organization's goals and culture
3) Create and manage team schedules and the various work processes
4) Assist in evaluating team performance and report back to the General Manager.
Qualifications
a) Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management Skills
b) Minimum O' Level Grade C-
c) At least three years of previous experience in a supervisory role in a busy 3-star hotel
d) Ability to empower team members through training on the hotel's operational activities.
e) Self-driven, Energetic, and able to work under minimum Supervision.
f) Good leadership an all-rounded person and a team player.
