HOTEL CHEF (3 Position)


Main Duties

1) Production of continental and Indian Cuisines in a hot kitchen 

2) Ensure food prepared is of the highest quality and delicious

3) Prepare the different menus as advised by the restaurant team. 

4) Keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy.

Qualifications

a) Minimum O' Level Grade D.

b) Training on Culinary Skills from a recognized training institution

c) Team player, Innovative and self-driven

d) Good practical skills in cooking Indian and Continental Cuisines.

e) Ability to train other kitchen staff.
