Location: Ruai
Gross Pay: 50,000 - 60,000 KSh
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage product costing, cost analysis, and margin optimization.
- Monitor and control operational costs and variances.
- Support and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (tax, VAT, PAYE, etc.).
- Prepare and file tax returns in line with regulatory deadlines.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Strengthen and enforce internal controls and financial procedures.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA (K)/ ACCA qualification (or finalist).
- 3-5 years’ FMCG experience in accounting with exposure to costing, audit, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and statutory reporting.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
