Our client, a leading manufacturer of premium wood products, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead commercial growth, optimize performance, and build a high-performing team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s advantage)
- 7+ years in senior sales leadership, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record in revenue growth
- Strong leadership, negotiation & analytical skills
