DTI Group – Leadership & Communication Centre is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication and organizational skills who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the main contact for students, parents, and corporate clients.

2. Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

3. Monitor attendance and follow up on absentees.

4. Coordinate and schedule make-up classes.

5. Collect and analyze student feedback.

6. Maintain accurate student records.

7. Support enrollment and administrative processes.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, or a related field.

2. At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

3. Strong communication and organizational skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

5. Professional, emotionally intelligent, and detail-oriented.
