We’re hiring a seasoned Group CFO/Financial Controller to lead finance strategy across our growing group of food & beverage and manufacturing companies. In this role, you will drive performance, manage risk, and oversee financial reporting across multiple entities.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance (IFRS).
- Advise on investment strategy, capital allocation, and M&A.
- Build and manage a high-performing finance team.
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strong internal controls and stakeholder engagement.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
- Degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.
- 10+ years in senior finance roles in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, ERP systems, and East African markets.
- Excellent leadership, strategy, and communication skills.
