Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Branch Manager to lead our branch operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong business mindset, capable of driving growth, managing a team, and delivering outstanding results.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of 10-15 employees at the branch level.
- Business Growth: Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
- Sales & Performance Management: Drive sales and ensure the achievement of branch targets through a numbers-focused approach.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to maximize business opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
