As a multidisciplinary service provider, our clinic contains a number of on-site services that would not be available at a typical provider.

Essential functions and basic duties

  1. Recruitment: Assisting with the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and performing background checks
  2. Record maintenance: Maintaining employee databases, tracking attendance and leaves, and processing employee documentation
  3. Payroll: Assisting with payroll processing, including ensuring timely salary payments and filing statutory returns
  4. Policy formulation: Assisting with formulating policies and procedures, and communicating updates to employees
  5. Employee support: Providing clerical support to office staff, and serving as a point of contact for employees with HR-related questions or issues
  6. Compliance: Ensuring HR records and procedures comply with legal regulations and company policies
  7. Orientation: Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees
  8. Termination: Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews
  9. Any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Minimum Qualification:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or Certified Human Resource Professional qualification (CHRP).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR-related position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and government regulations that concern workplaces and employment matters.
  • Thorough understanding of human resource practices and industry trends.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and stressful situations.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated individual.
