Our client in the automobile industry is seeking to hire a competent technician for the auto service center. The individual will be responsible for inspecting vehicles, conducting correct diagnoses, and repairing vehicles to enhance customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and diagnoses to identify issues.
- Pinpoint the root causes of issues and determine the necessary repairs. Conducted repairs and fixed worn-out parts on vehicles.
- Perform regular vehicle maintenance services.
- Communicate with customers and make them understand their vehicle
- issues and explain the necessary repairs and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Craft Certificate in Automotive Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Computerized wheel balancing and alignment skills.
