Role Summary:
The Branch Manager bears the responsibility for the branch, its employees, reputation, and portfolio. Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the branch, achievement of branch targets, while maintaining focus on the company's strategic goals, and maintaining a healthy relationship with staff, clients, government bodies, and market leaders.
Qualifications:
- The incumbent must be a Holder of a bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of Branch Management experience in a Financial institution.
- Computer literacy and proficiency.
