BRANCH MANAGER

Role Summary:

The Branch Manager bears the responsibility for the branch, its employees, reputation, and portfolio. Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the branch, achievement of branch targets, while maintaining focus on the company's strategic goals, and maintaining a healthy relationship with staff, clients, government bodies, and market leaders.

Qualifications:

  • The incumbent must be a Holder of a bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Branch Management experience in a Financial institution.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency.

  • Strong interpersonal, management, and demonstrable leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with people at all levels and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to build cohesive teams to achieve goals through teamwork.
