Office Administrator

Our client is a prominent player in the horse breeding and events industry. They are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join the team as an Office Administrator to contribute to their continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing the receptions, phone calls, emails, visitor management, and general correspondence.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Management of events.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records related to stud operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Handle basic financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking for events and other operations
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Diploma qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrator in a busy operation.
  • Experience in horse breeding/stud operations preferred.
  • Excellent Event organizer.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits: - Gross of Kshs 40,000 per month and housing.
