Our client is a prominent player
in the horse breeding and events industry. They are seeking a highly organized
and motivated individual to join the team as an Office Administrator to
contribute to their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide
comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager.
- Oversee
day-to-day operations, including managing the receptions, phone calls,
emails, visitor management, and general correspondence.
- Maintain and
update employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate and
schedule appointments and meetings.
- Management of
events.
- Maintain
accurate and organized records related to stud operations.
- Assist in the
preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handle basic
financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking for events and
other operations
- Collaborate
with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a
Diploma qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years
experience as an administrator in a busy operation.
- Experience in
horse breeding/stud operations preferred.
- Excellent Event
organizer.
- Excellent
organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to
detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits: - Gross
of Kshs 40,000 per
month and housing.
