RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales and Leads Generation: Proactively identify and pursue potential customers who could benefit from logbook and asset financing loans. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and online research. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their financial needs, offer suitable loan solutions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's loan products, specifically logbook and asset financing, and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and terms to clients.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions related to logbook and asset financing. Use this information to identify opportunities for business growth and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve individual sales targets within the given time frame. Implement strategies to maximize sales performance and contribute to the department's overall success. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively showcase logbooks and asset financing loan products.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and relevant information. Prepare regular sales reports for

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all
  • regulatory requirements and company policies related to loan sales and client interactions.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business related course..
  2. Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in microfinance Knowledge of logbook and asset financing, as well as loan products and their associated terms and conditions.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
  4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
