Mandatory Requirements
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
- Cumulative service period of Fifteen (15) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been in the grade of Assistant Manager, Facilities Management and Maintenance or in a comparable position;
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Civil Works or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Civil Works, Business Administration/Management, Project Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Membership to a relevant professional body and in good standing where applicable;
- Certificate in Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;
- A valid practising certificate where applicable;
- Proficiency in computer applications; and
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
