Key Responsibilities:
- Run and manage payroll and statutory remittances accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and all regulatory requirements.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff.
- Handle employee records and ensure proper documentation.
- Support performance management and staff development.
- Address employee concerns and promote good workplace relations.
- Oversee attendance and leave management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- At least 2–3 years of HR experience.
- Good knowledge of Kenyan labor laws
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & HR systems.
- Self-going - Minimal supervision needed.
